After years of accumulation, Yuehua College has established a corporate course library and created multiple professional courses, open courses, and high-quality courses. Including over 300 cultural, product, process, skill, literacy, management, leadership enhancement, and more than 150 related cases. More than 500 online micro courses, with some "short, flat, and fast" learning modes, have emerged in response to the times. Various cultivation projects are combined with internal and external learning resources to form a standardized curriculum system. 80% of them use internal course resources to achieve localization, implementation, and practicality of talent cultivation and development that meet the needs of enterprises.
Construction of Lecturer/Mentor System
Lecturers/mentors are the cornerstone of establishing a company's training system and play an important role in enterprise training and talent cultivation. From selection, training, evaluation to appointment, Yuehua College has established a comprehensive lecturer management system. And gradually upgrade to a dual track operation mechanism of teaching and research, allowing more internal experts and key employees to inherit valuable experience and shape the value of knowledge asset management.
